When you refer a case, you will receive an initial evaluation, treatment plan, and updates on your client/patient’s progress.  You are encouraged to call to advise of a pending referral so we can discuss the steps you can take before your patient begins treatment or training.  This may save time by getting a minimum data base work-up at your hospital before your patient begins treatment or training.  If your client’s pet needs any medical services other than behavior services, he or she will be referred back to you to have these services done at your clinic.
